Shipping, order & delivery

SimpleFCU offers worldwide shipping. All packages within European Union are DDP, thus without any further tax or import charges. This is, however, different for other parts of the world.

All packages are insured, tracked and shipped by Czech post. The tracking number will be provided as soon, as the package leaves our warehouse. We’ll update your order accordingly.

Please find the approx. delivery time in the table below. All prices are listed without VAT rate, which is automatically applied on checkout.

Payment

SimpleFCU shop provides an ability to pay over ComGate Payment Gateway. Supported cards are VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, Diners Club and Apple Pay. If you’re located in surrounding countries to Czechia, you can also pay by wire transfer. These features are provided by ComGate Paymens, a.s.

How can I place an order?

Placing an order through our website is very easy and can be done in six steps:

  1. Navigate to the product(s) you want to order.
  2. Place the products in your shopping cart by clicking on the big blue button.
  3. Fill in your information, so we know where to deliver your order.
  4. Select a carrier for your order.
  5. Choose your payment method.
  6. Voliá! Done, we’ll take care of the rest.

When will my order be shipped?

On each product detail page, you’ll find an indication when the product will be shipped.

Can I change my order

Yes, you can until we’ve started picking your order. Therefore, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Preferably via email address shop@simplefcu.com and don’t forget to tell us your order ID.

When there is no urgency (for example because you have placed a pre-order, or because your product is on order) you can also contact us by email.

Can I cancel my order?

Sure. You can cancel your order free of charge until we’ve started picking your order. Therefore, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. Preferably via email address shop@simplefcu.com and don’t forget to tell us your order ID.

Will I receive a Track & Trace code when my order is shipped?

Yes. As soon as we have prepared your order to be transferred to the delivery service, you will receive Track & Trace data from us.

It may take several hours before the package becomes trackable.

What can I do if I have not received my order?

Firstly, check whether your package has been delayed with the postal services. You can do this very easily via the Track & Trace link that you have received.

Haven’t you received the package three working days after the expected delivery date? Please contact our customer service. We are happy to contact the carrier to find out what went wrong.

My order was delivered damaged. What can I do now?

Please contact our customer service center as soon as possible. We would like to ask you to visualize the damage for us. Therefore, we ask you to take pictures of the damage to the product, but also of damage to the outer box or packaging.

In any case, we will immediately get to work to find a solution as quickly as possible!
